Organic vegetable production bases, strict organic implementation standards:
1. Organic vegetable bases should be located in ecological water sources, virgin forests, and remote areas away from urban areas, industrial and mining areas, transportation trunk lines, and industrial pollution.
Physical buffer zones should be set up at the boundaries of the bases to ensure that organic production is not affected by external environmental pollution.
2. Select non-GMO seed sources that are adapted to local soil and climate characteristics, meet organic safety standards, and have good resistance, carefully cultivate, ensure quality, and manage soil and fertilize
3. Organic fertilizers mainly come from self owned compost and purchased organic fertilizers. It is strictly prohibited to use any chemical synthetic fertilizers or urban sewage sludge. The soil should be intercropped and rotated to ensure soil activity and the prevention and control of pests, diseases, and weeds
4. We use biological and physical pest control methods to manage pests and diseases, such as pest control boards, mosquito lamps, natural enemies of pests, and other natural plant protection measures. The entire process is pollution-free during harvesting and processing.
5. Adhering to natural laws, organic certification, artificial scientific harvesting and sorting, removing damaged and old leaves, ensuring the freshness and tenderness of vegetables
Why should we eat organic vegetables?
1. Eating organic vegetables can reduce the chance of consuming pesticide residues, decrease the likelihood of disease, lower the risk of illness, and fundamentally ensure food safety
2. Without the pollution of pesticides and fertilizers, food can retain its original nutrients without being destroyed, and trace elements are more abundant. Long term use can improve physical fitness
3. Organic vegetables have no pollution, a purer taste, and no bitterness, chemical taste, astringency, or odor caused by the addition of fertilizers and pesticides to ordinary vegetables
