Pu'er tea is a type of tea made from Yunnan large leaf sun dried green tea within the geographical indication protection area of Yunnan Province, and processed using specific techniques within the geographical indication protection area.
According to different processes, it is divided into two types: raw Pu erh tea and ripe Pu erh tea. Raw tea is made by steaming, pressing, and drying sun dried hairy tea; And ripe tea is made through fermentation and steaming.
The organic Pu'er base is far away from the city and located in the Lancang River Basin, with mountains on both sides and a river in the middle. The conditions for water vapor and humidity are very good, with an altitude between 1600-1800 meters. Due to the advantage of geographical conditions, the environment of the base is naturally pollution-free.
Tea follows organic standards throughout the entire process of production (planting), processing, storage, and transportation.
